Dog happy to see her human companion return after a six-month absence (via Boing Boing).
And some people say animals have no real emotions or memory. Ha.

Wow, I think this baby thought da-da was gone for good and could hardly believe he was there!
Wow, pooch shows more emotion for her masters return than many people.
Man’s most faithful friend (Heavenly Father excluded). When my Dad passed in ’09, my Mom gave his doggie to my Aunt (Dad’s sister) who lives in NC. My Mom couldn’t handle how sad “Lady” was without my Dad around. When my uncle (Dad’s brother) visited my Aunt in NC over 1 year later, “Lady” thought it was my Dad and had pretty much the same reaction to him. Unbelievable. Because they looked so much alike, she thought it was him.
Very touching.
Happy tears…
She’s telling Daddy how awful it was without him. Poor baby, don’t cry anymore, he’s home. Here’s hoping Daddy never has to leave again.
There’s only one title that comes to my mind ” IF THAT ISN’T LOVE”
My Springer makes those noises. We say she’s being “verbal”. I wish I knew….
oh my gosh i cried right along with that one. WOW that’s incredible
Heard the audio on the DTB before seeing the vid. Was driving on the road…what a time to be without a tissue or paper towel.
