Получается, что при наличии 35% даунпэйнмента дадут мортгидж, даже если человек еще не устроился на работу. Насколько это работает в реальности? И насколько банк настаивает на этих 35%? Есть ли возможность все-таки получить мортгидж сразу по приезде, имея, скажем, 30% от стоимости жилья?
