Я просто пытаюсь представить как всё это начнётся, скорее всего кондо будут падать в цене первыми ( там много инвесторов, и они первые побегут)
Строители понизят цены на непроданные квартиры в своих недостроенных пректах и простые инвесторы которые уже вложились в эти проекты и попытаются перепродать свои квартиры не смогут со строителем конкурировать,

(ii) Imbalances in the Canadian household sector
Housing activity remains robust, especially in the Greater Toronto
and Vancouver areas. Recent indicators, such as resales, housing
starts and prices, point to continued momentum. At the same time,
consumption has been resilient, despite the shock to incomes from
lower commodity prices. Persistent strength in household spending
would provide a near-term boost to economic activity, but it would
also further exacerbate existing imbalances in the household sector,
increasing the likelihood and potential severity of a correction later on.
Vulnerabilities in the household sector are continuing to edge higher.
Although the most likely scenario is one in which these imbalances
unwind gradually as the economy improves, a disorderly unwinding,
such as one that might be triggered by further weakness in the
resource sector or a rapid rise in global interest rates, could have
sizable negative effects on the economy.
