We are currently seeking a qualified bookkeeping professional with an entrepreneurial spirit to join our team. Position will likely include some administrative duties as well.
JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:
Accounts payable and receivable
Prepare bank reconciliations
Process payroll
Client service
QUALIFICATIONS:
Prior 1+ year experience in bookkeeping ideally in the CPA Firm
Quickbooks, Profile, Caseware, Excel and Word
Strong communication skills (both written and verbal)
Able to meet multiple deadlines
Required language:
English, Russian and Hebrew is an asset.
Required experience:
QuickBooks: 1 year
Bookkeeping: 1 year
